I came to this office for the pinhole gum surgery technique when my gum recession became uncomfortable. Dr. Theurer and his staff all did a wonderful job. He was super friendly and explained everything clearly so I understood exactly what would happen. The procedure was painless and the recovery was smooth. Most recently I came back to their office for a second opinion with some cavities another dentist told me I had. Dr. Theurer walked through the x-rays with me to explain what cavities look like and what healthy teeth look like. Turns out I didn't have any cavities. The office didn't charge me for the appointment or the x-ray. I will definitely be switching to this office for my regular dental cleaning!

This is the best dentist office! After having issues with a tooth and being told by my past dentist he didn’t know what it could be, I came here and had the problem fixed right away. Everyone is so kind and great about explaining the process, super thorough and the quality is 10/10. You can’t go wrong with any of the dentists either, they are all amazing!

I saw Dr Feringa today and it was great! I had an emergency, one of my teeth broke in half yesterday and they were able to get me in this morning, get the tooth fix and ready to be crowned. I have to go back in 2 weeks for my permanent crown but I am happy I was able to find a place that could get me in and one that did such a fantastic job too. She is an awesome dentist.

I saw Dr Feringa today and it was great! I had an emergency, one of my teeth broke in half yesterday and they were able to get me in this morning, get the tooth fix and ready to be crowned. I have to go back in 2 weeks for my permanent crown but I am happy I was able to find a place that could get me in and one that did such a fantastic job too. She is an awesome dentist.

The best dentistry practice I have ever been to. One of my main reasons of trying this place out is that they offer fluoride free teeth cleaning! I have always hated going to the dentist and it was always an uncomfortable place to be. I am a relatively new patient here and so far my experience and interaction with the staff members have been nothing but amazing. They are so kind, helpful, considerate, and most importantly they were informative and kept me in the loop about everything they were doing. I feel Dr. Theurer is meticulous, experienced, and careful. I am grateful I was able to get my root canal done by him and his team. He also throws in a few jokes while he’s performing on your teeth 😂 it lightens up the mood. Thanks for everything! I’ll be coming here routinely until I need to move again for my husband’s military service relocation. If I could have this practice for the rest of my years, I would totally only go to them!

After recently moving to Salt Lake City, having to find new medical care was a chore. I am so happy I found The Sugar House Dentist! I actually received a postcard in the mail advertising their services. I looked up reviews and was impressed. At my first appointment, I felt very comfortable. Staff were all very professional and friendly. The office and treatment rooms are attractive and very well equipped. Dr. Theurer was so nice, and put me at ease immediately. Dental hygienists are knowledgeable and very well trained.

I had an emergency dental situation where my crown came off. This dentist was able to get me in the same day (Friday) and made sure all was good. Highly recommended! They are open Friday and Saturday (most dentists aren't)!

I had veneers done by Dr. Feringa and it was the best experience I could have asked for! I am pretty particular about my dentistry since I was raised by a dental hygienist, but this dental office really exceeded my expectations. I have been getting cleanings here for 2 years now and finally made the decision to get my veneers done once I felt like I could trust them. Again, the process could not have been better with Dr. Feringa. She was very efficient, quick, and precise. She also checked in on every part of the process to make sure I was loving the results and made modifications to things as soon as I brought it up. I couldn't recommend this place more!
